I haven’t changed my English legal name ever, but i have changed the name characters in my native language before I move to Canada. When I applied for work permit, I did not declare a name change, because we didn’t need to put names in native language. But we need to put names in native language for permanent residence application, so do i need to declare change for name in native language?
