Nairobi visa office:work permit applicants

Pls what is happenin,why are they not processing lmia closed work permit especially for Nigerians...This is not fair,If we can just get an explanation,it will go a long way

My sisters applied in March 04 2020. Biometrics March 16th 2020. We asked for GMCS notes twice in 2020, there was nothing just received. On July 2021 they requested updated letter of offer and LMIA. We provided a letter of offer and same LMIA with an explanation letter from employer that there was no way the LMIA would be updated because the other one was not canceled. Ordered Gmcs in August received in September. It shows eligibility review and file is going through security check.
We haven’t heard anything yet….really frustrating

Medical is not needed for her occupation. Country of residence Kenya. Nairobi is the processing office.
