NA for the 3rd time? is this possible or system glitch?

Hello Friends,

My Time line:

AOR - 26 March
Meds - 26 May
NBG - 27 May
NA2 - 31 May
IP - 19 June
NA - 26 June

So I have heard and known that we get NBG (IP1) and the Background check goes In Progress again and we call it IP2, which happened for me on 19th June.

But I never heard about NA after IP2. I am not sure how it happened and why did this happened. Because the timing of it going to NA is in the afternoon time of India on Monday.

Could this be a system glitch??

Need your help to figure this out and if anyone has faced or seen someone with the same issue.

The glitches are still persistent in cic website. My docs says extra docs required but no msg is there and nothing in submitted application as well. Hope this clears soon as I am a bit worried now.

There is nothing hard and fast as it comes to CIC, we make things absolute by observing trends, in reality each application has its own criteria , depending on your application details, agent, VO, technical glitches, etc. etc.The only way to know the correct answer to this is from GCMS notes or from CIC. As per you AOR you must be very close to PPR.
- You can call CIC on - 1-613-944-4000
Use Skype, for international calls.
For GCMS, you can use third-party websites like https://www.getgcms.com/.

Thanks @KiranK but GCMS takes around 30-45 days on an avg so no point ordering them now, may be after PR.
Planning to give them a call tomorrow.. do we need to get any paid number to call from Skype or a normal Free SKype application will do the work.

Yes, that is correct, it will be a lot of time. But it still better to order sooner than later.
Actually These call centres do not receive calls from abroad, so to by pass that people add +1 from Asia in front of the number and some get calls through, now I dont know your country so can't help you with that till i know.
As for skype, i think normal skype account would do.
If you know someone in Canada and you trust them with your application details, you can ask them to make the call on your behalf.

Called CIC to check and found it to be New Delhi Visa Office..

ITA - 25th Jan
AOR - 26th March
Meds Passed - 26th May
from NA1 to NBG / IP1 - 27th May
NA2 - 31st May
IP2 - 19th June
NA3 - 26th June
IP3 - 10th July
PPR - 11th July

NOC - 1111

FSWO Applicant..

2 Applicants in Total and travel history is just for US and NZ. 1 PCC and 1 Job Reference Letter..
