I have written N/A on all the sections that don't apply to us but I have also written N/A on columns that I have left blank.

For example:

Question: List all your addresses you have lived in since your 18th birthday...

My husband only had 4 so for the rest of the columns underneath that were blank I wrote N/A is that okay?

That is ok... unnecessary... but ok.
