MyCIC PROBLEMS - paid application fee but still says application not submitted

Hi guys. im new on this forum and any help would be really appreciated.

I tried to submit my study permit application online yesterday, everything was fine up until I paid the application fee. I got confirmation that the transaction was successful but I didnt get a confirmation page that my application was submitted. Also in MyCIC the application is still showing under
'not yet submitted' - I havent received any confirmation email nothing! i'm quite puzzled. I sent them an email but no one has gotten back to me about it. Is there a number I can call to confirm if my application has been received.

Are u applyinf within canada. The toll free is for canada only.

try to do ur whole application again.

did u email the tech support team.

they will reply to ur email in 3 business days and ur money will be refunded to u in 8 weeks.

thanks - I emailed tech support and they said to do a new application and ask for a refund on the one that didnt go through which I have done

yea your refund should be done within 8 weeks max.
