My wife's in Canada with me - how to apply for outland sponsor?

Hey everyone. Hope you guys can help me with these quick questions.

I have PR and landed here in Canada on December 9th 2014 with my girlfriend as visitor. We're getting married here in Toronto and plan on applying for her sponsorship. Considering she's going to be here with me, how can we have her sponsor process get processed outland, in Brazil (our native country)? I've checked the pdfs and forms but haven't found any info on how on how to get that processed.

I'm currently still unemployed in Canada since t's been a bit less than 2 months we got here. We've been dating for over 3 years but have just now started living together here in Canada. Onee we get married and send enough of proof of the veracity of our relationship should we run into any trouble with the sponsor process?

Use this procedure. This is available even if the applicant is actually in Canada. Legally, she is only a visitor and not "living in Canada". http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

Yup, even with a Canadian address the application can still be submitted as 'outland'. Think of it as where the application will be processed, NOT where the applicant is. Of course, applicants outside of Canada cannot submit an 'inland' application.
