Sponsor Spouse, outland or inland? Help!

I am a permanent resident, I would like to know how it will be faster to sponsor a partner. We still haven’t got married. I was wondering, will it be faster to marry outside Canada and sponsor him as an outland? Or sponsor him as an inland? If I sponsor him via outland, can he come to Canada an study English (with his visitor visa, he is from Europe) while his permanent residence is been processed?

If u want to live with him while process is in progress then get him to canada and file inland.

He cannot study with visitor visa. He would need study permit to get admission in a university or college.

Inland or outland both quote the same turnaround time - 12 months, so one is not faster than the other.

If you are not married how can you sponsor him? Have you lived together for at least one year continuously and can prove it? If not, then you cannot sponsor via spousal sponsorship.
