Hello everyone,
I have checked the application status online which says "In Process". Can anyone tell me is that positive or negative sign? Although I sent few more docs a week ago related to my employment from 2005 to date in the uk as CHC asked for. Does it mean CHC, london has assessed my application?
Regards to everyone.
Mohan Joshi.

Thanks for your prompt reply.I applied at CHC, London in Dec 2006. I received the requested docs letter in May 2009. I sent them. CHC again asked for some more docs which I sent them last week which was within the deadline. I think it's in process for the last few months.I am still not sure if it's positive sign.
Regards.
hi joshi
i m frm india we r in same position my stats chng inprocess in feb,2010 they conduct a fon verifction & after 1 mnth with a ltr they ask me we r not stisfy send suportng docs regrdng ur wrk exp i send them all that i have 73dys gone still waiting
in process after sending your entire doxs means that the VO will chk your entire documents supporting work exp and other details ...post that he may/may not call your employer basis his own decision and comfort..at this point if hhe is satisfied completely then he will issue the meds...post the meds you need to send in your pass port, proof of funds and rprf... at the meds stage there are only two things pending ie the med history and background chks...

Thank you.i have spoken to my previous employer, he has not received any verification yet. So when CHC calculate the passmark, is it before or after verification?
cheers.
IN PROCESS indicates u r passed thru 67 points score. Other verfications are going on and finally u will receive Medical Request. This is a danger zone. If Visa officer finds any thing wrong here he could put remark DECISION MADE and if u get it before Medicals then it will be rejection. After Medicals also this fear factor will be looming but limited to medical unfit or a security issue.

Thx for ur quick response.Sorry but I have got a question for you.i saw the post of Ranade (64 not 67) who was asking about different job experience.I have the same question as well.I showed CHC 2 years continuous experience from India.Apart from that I have 1 year continuous experience in the uk as well. Both jobs falls under different NOC code. Can I inform CHC that I have got 3 years job experience which will give me more points?Because they haven't taken any decision yet.
Thx bro.bless you.
If you applied in Dec 06 , you are under the old system. Under that system In Process began from the date of your 1st AOR. There should be a date associated with your " In Process " status ? eg In process from Jan 2007 or whatever etc.
The fact that you have received a 2nd request for documents in 2010 means that your file has started moving.

Hello,
As you have told 67 points crossed is confirmed by IN PROCESS status in ecas & next step is wait for medicals..
So does this means that once in process interview is waived off?
As I am in same dateline of july 2007 applicant , submitted documents on nov.2009 & last few months system showing me in process I am bit worried .........
Please answer my query & relieve me .........
Now they could send u a letter before medicals for interview.
If they send the medicals directly then interview is waived.
But after medicals too in rare cases interview is conducted.

What do you think of my case as details of timeline is in my signature and below:-
My wife passed through breast lump surgery in the year 2007. All the test which was conducted at that time to know about that it is not related to cancer or not was normal? After that nothing produce again (however its 99 % chances is their to produce again in a year or two).
We have already done again all related test to just satisfied our selves about its creation again? but nothing is their. DMP has mentioned it in his report and also told us that medical officer is very strict about health for new immigrants so he can called for more test but nothing to fear?
But my lawyer (Canadian Based) is saying that my file can be rejected due to medical inadmissibility of my spouse as due to this medical inadmissibility some cases have already been rejected but also give assurance every would be go ok.
My question is to you/all members;
Is my interview is waived?
Would they ask about more test of my spouse or directly reject the case?
Do you have ever experienced any case of the person got rejected/accepted?
Thanks
