hi ,I was deported in Canada last year in November,but I was married,but she add me not a sponsoship because she was waiting for her pr to come out ,we send everything to the immigration even marriage certificate,and they told us to wait ,my questions is how long ,am I gonna wait?did I need to start apply for an arc?,how long does it take to get approved for an arc ?or did I need wait first my pr confirmation to come out ?any knows any thing can help

......we send everything to the immigration even marriage certificate,and they told us to wait........if your spouse has submitted your sponsorship application, you may need to be patient and wait for the application to be processed......most spousal sponsorship are processed within 12 months, it could take more or less depending on your case and the visa office.

Before you apply
If you are applying to come to Canada for any reason, (visiting, studying, working or immigrating), you should not submit a separate application for an ARC. If your application is approved, the ARC will be dealt within the context of that application. You will simply be asked to submit the fee.

No you dont have to wait 2 years, If you would like to come back to Canada before the 2 years, and why is it two years, something this is a year so check again. Either way if you would like to come back an ARC will be processed within the context of your spousal application. This authorization is you asking for access to come back before the deportation finishes.

No you have to wait, they will get back to you when it's time for that. Just send your application in as normal

You should be receiving confirmation soon that IRCC has received your application. The ARC fee is $400. If you did not pay for your own flight to leave Canada then you will also have to repay for the cost of the flight to deport you.
