it was 11 hour journey... double than New delhi Taiwan journey.. after dinner (was not so good only boiled beans n veggies) fall asleep...had 8 hours of sleep.. then was awaked by air hostess for breakfast.... ohhhh was it braekfast or dinner as per canada time.... i was following 3 time zones...india, taiwan & canada.
2 hours after breakfast.. landing announcement was made... & told to readjust our watches..it was evening in canada 730 pm
This is the experience of my friend already landed in vancouver.
I think other airlines gives max limit of 23-26 kg*2 each ticket.
He booked the ticket 3 months prior to fly. so to get such cheap rates you need to arrange ticket booking well in advance.
Mine case is just reached till stage "Received by VO" not even in process yet(It's there is Full Docs sent to CHD ND - May, 2010".
Yes his experience about china airlines is good and you know even the staff understand your local language also but yes you need to give your food priority in advance else you need to have typical chinese food
Pacific Fleets are a good choice for people who would land in Vancouver, else Transatlantic fleets are good for people would would land in Toronto and Mid canada.
You could sleep in aircraft for 8 hours that is amazing. I can not sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time. Lots of disturbance and cramped body position.
Normally airhostess do not disturb seeing someone sleeping and just pass by food and drinks.
