for car insurance -depends on the vehicle / model and location. I had an accord (02) and my monthly insurance was 280 through AVIVA (cheapest). hope this helps.

Can one also do only third party liability....on say a car costing 2-3k
if yes how much approx would that be...? Is it done by many people ?

U need to visit MOFA building (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and timing start from 8.30 or 9 am

You need to collect RTA experience certificate first and then visit MOFA. RTA letter will cost u 60dhs and MOFA will do attestation of 150/- dhs.

I am not very sure about your field and can't comment on that....

Yes full coverage. It would propabably be cheaper. I suggest you shop around. Also try Aviva. I've switched by the way.
