I applied for TRV its got rejected on 4th January 2016.
again i applied in February and I again got rejection today :'( :'( :'(
Reasons:-
you have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your resident. in reaching this decision, i considered several factors including:
1) travel history
2) family ties in Canada and in country of residence.
3) Purpose of visit.
I have questions:
Can I re apply TRV ?
can I Apply for student visa?
Does rejection affects my re application?
PLEASE REPLY ME . I AM GETTING LOTS OF FRUSTRATION AND I HAVE HOPES FROM THE YOU ALL EXPERIENCED PEOPLE. THANK YOU.
Yes - you can apply for a student visa. Yes - the student visa will be affected by your previous refusals. To get an approved student visa, you will need to prove you are a genuine student, have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
If you want immediately replies - hire an immigration lawyer or consultant.
If you want free replies here - you need to learn to be patient. Sometimes it can take hours or even days for someone to respond. Repeatedly bumping your thread is rude and inconsiderate behaviour.
Only real option I see for you is to apply for a work permit as shown in my link in previous post, or address the reasons for rejection on your visitor visa. Unfortunately the more you're refused a TRV, the harder it is to be approved.
