TRV refused twice

Hi expert,
my trv visa refused twice first one one and half years back and second one recently 5 month back is there any chance if I apply again.
Rejection points same in both application
Travel history
Financial
Ties to home country

Previous travel
9 countries including u.k
Having my own business from last 10 years
Family wife 3 children,mom, sisters,brothers lived in India.
Any suggestion ideas most welcome

It's possible if I apply USA b2 I will get do they know my previous refusals.

Yes. US and Canada share immigration information. You must declare any visa refusals when you apply
