Sorry but I don't see anywhere where OP has stated her intention to remain in Canada or seek asylum.
Where does this notion that anyone who applies to come to Canada as a student or visitor, intends to remain in Canada come from?
When the poster says “As a family, Is it good for the mom and kids to move to Canada with out the father, since the father 's application is not out yet?” it seems pretty clear they are trying to remain in Canada permanently. If you were truly visiting you also wouldn’t be so anxious to come to Canada and would delay your travels so the whole family could go on vacation. It also doesn’t make sense for your first international travel destination to be Canada for various reasons like cost, length of travel, difficult travelling around Canada and expense to travel around Canada. For example travel around Europe via flight or train is vey easy and is much less expensive than in a Canada. No easy jet prices. Would make much more sense to travel within Africa, go to Europe, go to the UAE, etc. as a first international travel outside of Canada. Either more affordable, easier to travel around, ability to see many things within a short amount of time, UAE vacation packages also allows inexperienced travellers to vacation without many of the stresses of travel, etc. There have also been a large wave of Nigerian asylum seekers or people from Nigeria who are seeking to relocate to Canada permanently.

I said I have my business here in Nigeria and I nurse my business like a baby, I can't live my business here and go to Canada to stay,I'm only going for vacation for just 2 weeks and I will be back to Nigeria, I'm only asking if I should with the kids or I should wait for his application decision

Why do you want to visit Canada as your first international visit? It is extremely uncommon for people to come to Canada as their first international visit especially from so far away unless they have family. Nobody would choose to go on vacation with only their kids for 2 weeks especially if they have never travelled before and are going all the way to Canada. If you are truly going on vacation why would you go without your spouse? If you do happen to be trying on remaining with your family in Canada are you prepared to be separated from your spouse for many years if you go to Canada alone? It is not uncommon for families to be separated for long periods of time often 5+ years.

It's totally a family decision if you want to go on separate tours, IMHO. Total strangers from a forum cannot decide or recommend that for your family...
Just a side note, there's not much to see in Canada for tourists. Only things I can think of are Niagara Falls and the Northern Lights...

Please. One thing on this site is that people weren’t born yesterday. It’s time the o/p stopped playing “ the babe in the woods “ routine…..fawning innocence is tedious to say the least
It didn’t work for Karen in Goodfellas, it ain’t going to work here.
