Hi there everyone,

I need help and don't know who to turn to.
Here is the scenario.
The father of my children cheated on me last 2010 with a co worker and she is the common law wife now.
I was tortured by them since day 1 of their infidelity until now.
I already moved on and petitioned my children aged 13 and 10 years old to come here in the US,since me and my ex are not legally married,
I know I am the sole responsible with my children. I provide their education and other needs.
My ex is jobless and incapable of providing good future to them.
I am asking for your assistance because my ex partner ,who worked in Canada for almost 5 years but currently in the Philippines now,
is being petition by his common law partner.
They are claiming that they filed my children for an immigrant visa too.
Is it possible that they can do that without my consent?

Please advice
Thanks
Worried Mom

On your ex's application, he has to put your children on his application and will also have to do medicals for them regardless if they are accompanying him to canada or not.
However, to bring them to Canada, he has to have your consent first before he can bring them so don't worry.

Thank you very much. I am in a process of making things legally. Will consult a lawyer
Hopefully,in God's will, things will be fine.
Thanks again =)
