include my common law children

Hello guys! Can someone answer my question please.
We submitted the application for permanent residence of my common law partner last Nov, 2012 and received the file number last January but in his application we did not include his 2 children living in the Philippines because he doesn't have their custody papers yet, but now my common law partner hold the papers of their custody. My question is what we need to do to include his children to his application, to we need to re submit his application and start all over again? Please help, thank you.

Well,I would suggest you call CIC and explain it to them,they should be able to advice you on what to do!
Did you mention though that he does have kids or didn't you?

In my opinion, you will have to complete medicals for them and send them in with an updated Appendix A form, and mail it to Manila.
