Form 0008 - Add my common-law sponsor as a dependant?

Hello,

I'm filling out form 0008, and it asks you to list your dependants (common-law partner, children). My common-law partner is Canadian and she is the one who is sponsoring me, so do I need to include her under the dependant section?
