Yes I created a second profile and got the ITA, but didn't submit the PR application yet, I was waiting for their reply on this one, do you think I have to submit another application without knowing the final for this one?

Since you have 90 days to submit the second application. Wait a least one-two more weeks to see if they will give you an answer if after that you decide you cannot wait aby longer you can submit it. If you submit it and they decide to re-open the second application will be cancelled.

Yes. I was in the same position in March my application cancelled as incomplete because I didn't upload my youngest daughter's birth certificate. I created a second profile and got and ita. Unfortunately they revisited my application and decided not to re-open the first application because they found I uploaded my eldest daughters birth certificate twice instead of 1 for the youngest and 1 for the eldest. But I have seen situations where applications were reopened it is just based on the officer that is reviewing the application. I submitted the second application and was refunded in full for my first application application. I hope this helps. If you are not comfortable then wait until they give you an answer. As you have an ita and can submit anyway

Yes thank you so much, the only issue would be the timing, time will have to be wasted, so did they send you the same type of letter I send earlier? And how long it took them to come with with decision to open after they sent you a confirmation for the webform reconsideration appeal?

Yes I received that exact same email. Then I got an update probably a week after a letter to be exact on my online account with their decision

How long it took for them to refund the money after they cancelled your application?

Do not just count the dates. That's not how Ircc calculates it. If it is full time work they count upto 30 hours per day and for part time 20 hours per day. All within at least 1 year or can be more should total to 1560. They do not count anything over 30 hour a day even if you worked 40 hours plus a day.

I guess you meant 30 hours per week (not per day).
