My CEC application is got rejected because of my marriage certificate original language is not provided ( actually provided but the scan was in black and white ) , my question is what will happen to 3400 $ money , is IRCC is refund my money back or my money is gone !!!

Sorry to hear about that. If your application was returned, then you should be getting the refund back. As for when, it varies from bank to bank! However, if your application was "rejected" then I suppose you won't be getting all of the money back apart from the RPRF fee. What's the exact wording in your refusal letter?

Incomplete applications
If an application is found to be incomplete, the processing office must reject the application by

• promoting and then cancelling the application in GCMS with the application status reason listed as “incomplete application”;
• noting in GCMS the reason(s) for rejecting the application; and
• repaying all fees associated with the application (e.g., the cost recovery fee and the right of permanent residence fee, as applicable).

When an application is rejected as incomplete, the applicant must submit a new Express Entry profile through their online account to be considered for any future rounds of invitations.

Secondly, always upload the documents in color when it comes to educational certificates, marriage certificates and police certificates. Many people even got their application rejected due to the police certificate being in black/white instead of color!

Submit scanned copies of the original certificates
Police certificates must be scanned copies of the original certificate(s) in colour. Certified true copies or unauthorized copies won’t be accepted and will result in your application being rejected.

However, this also applies to marriage certificates!

of a complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations. Your application is rejected for being incomplete and therefore, was not
put into processing.

Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
- Marriage certificate
o The Marriage Certificate provided was the translated version only. You did not provide the
original version of the document. If a supporting document is in a language other than English or
French, the applicant must provide IRCC with:

- the English or French translation; and
- an affidavit from the person who completed the translations; and
- a certified photocopy of the original document.

If refused as incomplete. you will be refunded.

Yep, you'll getting back the refund for sure as processing didn't even start and the application was incomplete!

When was your application submitted? Did you received any update regarding completeness of your application before rejection (or any BIL or medical request)?

no didn't receive any update , the CEC draw happen on Oct 5 and today it reject as incomplete. i have PC PNP nomination and got 600 point.

when i apply for BC PNP nomination i provide the express entry number to get my nomination , i dont know what will be happen to my BC PNP ,

it is still valid , what should i do at this point , do i need to open a new CEC application and provide the express entry number to BC PNP again and repeat the process , this is really frustrating and i have a lot of stress what to do at this point,

Your BC PNP must remain valid and you can surely submit the new application with accurate marriage certificate now. But please contact the BC PNP regarding changing EE application number (I am not an expert you may post this question to a new form, asking about your nomination certificate points).
