My application for immigration is in process for almost 1 year , im from Iraq applying from india, how long usually it's taking? I did the health check and they said process will take couple of months but it is almost 1 year and the say always when i send email the answer with we will finish in several weeks and few days but im getting nothing from them .. any advice?

But why at the interview in the last august the said it will take a couple of months and before few months they told it will take several weeks? Why im not getting the real timing?

Unfortunately I can't answer that question. The processing time for each application is very individual and depends on how long it takes to complete steps like the background and security checks. Whatever timelines you have been given are probably just estimates. It can take longer or shorter. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do but wait.

I have last question.. can I transfer my application to Turkey.. its had indian student visa but im done with my course And the police is looking after me to depart me bcuz they didn't accept to give the visa.. I informed the immigration people in the embassy but I didn't get anything more than there promise to finish it in a weeks .. can I transfer my application to Turkey bcuz even i cant go to my country its not safe for me .

The embassy won't expedite processing. Your application has to go through the full background / security checks - no matter how long this takes. These steps cannot be skipped or shortened.
