How did they contact your empolyer, Email or Phone? Also, what did they ask for?

They sent email to my former employer and cc-ed me. Basically they asked your employer to repeat information in reference letter, such as job titles, working hours, job duties and etc.
It might be randomly selected because they did not reach my current employer

Why did you be selected on Sep? Your EE profile created in June and I checked there were many draws from June to August. The Draw's CRS is less than yours, so I think
you should be selected before Sep. I am confused about their procedure and process....

lol I don’t know how they work exactly. However, I guess it may related to the NOC, relation to Alberta or other matters. Maybe they did not need 1311 between June and August?

Hi Everyone, can anyone confirm if they got the NOI for NOC 1311 whose age is more than 32 years old. I have heard that even if your CRS score is above 400 you may not get NOI if you are more than 32 yrs.
