I have sponsored my Mother in law, Father in law and my brother in law. They arrived in Canada 3 years ago. Am i able to be in group 5 sponsorship for a refugee outside of Canada?

On the other side, how about if the Refugee apply second time a new G5 sponsorship in another province after getting refusal his previous G5 sponsorship ??..

The province doesn't matter. This is a federal program. Basically you are submitting a new application. It will be evaluated the same way as the first application and hopefully you've addressed the reasons why the first application was refused.

Sorry Brother to bother you asking again but, this time the Group of 5 people "Sponsors" whom are going to sponsor me in another new province ain't like the previous Group 5 Sponsors so, .... is there any problem might come up ....even if I meet the eligibility requirements. ??

There should be no issue provided your sponsors meet the requirements and provided you meet all of the requirements.

FYI - I'm not a "brother".
