Hello! Can you please advice, regarding my stay here in Canada.
I'am spend already 5 months here, but i want to go to USA to visit my Relatives there and stay 1 month (I have US Tourist VISA Multiple Entry)
Can I still Re enter CANADA from US?

Yes. Don't exit from the US though. But if you do, make sure you have multiple TRV to Canada.

if there is any problem will encounter in port of entry of Canada, i stayed 5 months in Canada and come back after 1 month from US?
How many months they will give me again to stay in Canada encase they approve my entry?

It's possible they'll give you another 6 months if you're over the initial 6 months given you when you first arrived in Canada.

Month of MAY 20 we came there and i planning to exit on October 18. Then i will come back on November 22 til new year.

Well you'll probably be given another 6 months. Was there a date written on your arrival stamp other than your arrival date?

Okay so you were given 6 months. The officer may ask why you're coming back so soon so just let them know your reason/s.
