sir I will send a cover letter to NYVO explaining the situation and giving the reason why I am not able to send PCCS from KSA AND UAE.Like I mentioned before obtaining a police report from both Indian consulate and India is not possible.Indian consulate will not do it since it is a cancelled passport and they have no procedure to file a complaint for cancelled passport.Hopefully they will understand my situation.
If you know anything else plz let me know.Also I have another question.We have already done our medicals here in USA and our minor kids have done their in India.It is not possible to have their passports couriered here to US and we do not have anyone who is travelling at the moment.Since we are in the final process of our immigration will it be okay if we take visit visa and travel to canada and send all of our passports from there.Please advice.

I am sorry I am not Qorax, but I am also applying for PCC from Dubai.And it is possible to get it but not through Indian embassy.Please read instruction in UAE embassy in USA and I am sure it will help. I am not Indian but at this moment living in Bangalore. I managed to do attestation of my Finger prints and now got list of instructions from UAE embassy in Delhi what to do in order to get my PCC from Dubai.

Thank you.I am aware of the process.One of the documents that we need to send to UAE is copy of visa.But the passport in which I had the visas is misplaced and without that it is not possible.If I had my passport then there was no problem.Thank you again for replying
One of the agent here said that they can do it without old passport.I also thought that I do not have copy of my old passport.

I am not going through agent as I have friend in Dubai who can go to CID to submit my Finger prints and rest of the docs. It will take app 3-4 working days to get PCC. It took longer to get my Finger prints done in Bangalore ;-)))

You know earlier when I spoke to helpline people they said they cannot do it without passport copy.Anyhow now they are doing it for 1500.I am getting my fingerprints attested and am trying to see if anyone in Dubai can do it. I am trying to also obtain pcc from Saudi Arabia(which seems next to impossible).Lets see.
