Did you declare your husbands "overstay" in your application?

THANKS FOR THE REPLY BUT I DON'T KNOW ABOUT MENTIONING HIS OVERSTAY BUT IN FOREIGN HISTORY FORM I MENTIONED ABOUT HIS UK VISIT.

AND HE ALSO GOT UK PCC AND SUBMITTED WITH DOCUMENTS IN DEC 2010.

I,M TENSE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO OUR APPLICATION

R WE GONNA GET IT OR NOT..................

IN GOD'S HAND

As long as CIC think that you were completely truthful in your application, I don't think that the overstay will cause a problem. You may have to wait until any security checks are completed and there is no fixed time for these, as every case is different. Don't worry until you hear from CIC.

thanks once again zardoz for your reply

when i had submitted my documents i send UK pcc of my spouse and also mentioned in foreign history form about his uk visit........

and also photo copies of all pages of his all passports

i also ordered gcms notes last friday through my brother in law........

your input mate on that.....................

there are very less people who will answer on typical and difficult situation like me to show the right path and way ..................

like you

thanks
