hi there reg6724! based from what i've read, you will received first the AOR, usually 6-8 weeks after NS received your docs. And after that the medical request follows. Some have it just a couple of days after receiving the AOR.
After you've submitted your application to CIO, your draft will be encashed and an AOR will be sent to you. Your application will now be forwarded to your Visa Office(VO), you will then receive another AOR from your VO. Then you will be expecting your MR.
My cousin has got a MPNP approval and now he has to apply to CIO.
In the checklist of CIO documents, it is mentioned that "copy" of Nomination certificate is to be sent.... but on the Nomination certificate itself, it is clearly mentioned that we need to attach the "original letter" with the complete application package.
We are in a confusion, need your valuable suggestions
Also in checklist, it is mentioned that "copy" of IELTS score card is needed. Really so?
Are education documents, like diploma and transcripts, still necessary to be included in the cic application package?
I didn't find it in the checklist IMM5690E, but I do see some people were asked to provide additional documents when being processed.

Just follow what the checklist says. But be ready for those docs that might ask by CIC during the assessment of your application.

Hello seniors, Can two close friends who are Manitoba permanent residents apply for sponsorship under general Manitoba immigration stream currently ? I think they have closed two close friends sponsorship option and right now only blood relative can sponsorship for Manitoba general stream PNP. How fast is blood-relative sponsorship PNP, what is average processing time if all documents completely submitted ? Please share your views. Thanks
Close Blood relative, apply online, 5-6 months until decision is made, then you must apply to CIC, possibly another 6-8 months depending on your Canadian visa office in your country.
