Guys, correct me if I'm wrong based sa observation ko sa recent update sa forum maraming nag-aaply na provincial nominee na narereject dahil sa POF. When I checked the cic website, tama nga na nagbago na yun required POF.

Question: sa mga may LOA na specially provincial nominees, at kakasubmit pa lan sa embassy, apektado po kya yun POF natin dun?
salamat po sa mga sasagot.

for skilled workers po un change sa POF. i will quote ms. esr's message to me regarding the reply of the nominee office to her inquiry about POF of provincial nominees:

"Dear ******:

With respect to your inquiry, there are no changes with regards to the settlement funds 10,000 Cnd for principal applicant and 2,000 Cnd for each accompanying dependents. Applicants are encouraged to provide IELTS to be able for them to have the accurate assessment results.

yes po, para safe din po before nyo isubmit sa embassy update nyo na yung POF.

Hi Rose06, parang naconfuse ako sa 2 magkaibang sagot ni cecille/ esr at ng sa iyo.... :-(
kung tama ang opinyon mo, hindi kaya mareject yun application namin sa embassy kahit na may LOA na kami?
kung magkaganun man....sayang naman yun processing fee namin.... :-(
ang hirap magproduce ng CAD4K.....

If somebody get rejection from MPNP, are they eligible to appeal it or would it be considered as new application from scratch?

I have no idea if it can be appealed, but I know you can re-apply after six months. Make sure that all requirements have been met to satisfy the MPNP
