@kulet - im from valenzuela city lang.
re passport, iparenew mo na sa machine readable kz un na ganit sa canada. they strongly recommend it.
pagkatapos na lagn siguero ng MR mo. it doesnt matter nman kung green pa rin ang ipresent mo pag nag MR ka kz green pa rin yung sa akin b4 then after that w/c comes first na lang - yung appointment mo sa DFA pag tumawag ka (1st available is November na) or PPR mo (just like i did u can present the letter from embassy sa DFA - go to directors office. they will consider it w/out appointment na). 10 working days - fee is php1200

your sister will pass it to manitoba then u will wait if your papers were approve. 6 months processing. if approve - u will receive LOA from manitoba then thats the time u will pass all your docs to CEM.

yes they will advise but i think if your applying under PNP eh less chances na madeny kz u were supported nman by your relative in canada as long as valid lahat ng docs mo.
