MPNP General Stream Applicants

Hi kurtsebastian! Just want to join this forum and share our timeline.

GS application filed in Manitoba by our sponsor/friend last 28 Nov 2012. No AOR yet. As I read in other forums, MPNP is now in the month of September, so hopefully in a couple of weeks time there will be able to look into our application.

I have applied under the General Stream in December 2012 but I still didn't
receive AOR letter or my sponsor is not called for an inter view.
Please any one who share me similar experiences. I like to know also
the time line for general stream. The MPNP has declared that the
processing time is only 10 months for paper based and 6 months for
on line application. one more question I am not clear with is that
do those who gonna apply on line by this time gonna succeed before
us or our turn is respected . please let me hear from you soon.

Hello there, there is a recent update that MPNP has been working on the backlogs of GS as an effect there is a delay. I am an August applicant under GS as well, no updates still, no AOR. I believe that MPNP will first work on the paper based applicants of GS before reaching the ones who applied online because that is the fair way to deal with applicants. With regard to the GS timeline, is it ever changing, but as i observed it will take 7-8 mos. The best thing we can do is to extend our patience.

Under what category is your application? Based on some messages that i've read, kurt and other applicants are still waiting for thiet aor and what i read from others mpnp are working on the backlogs of gs applications.

i have applied under general category.i have friends there.my visa office is new delhi

its good to hear that we are together.initially i though that just i was left behind.We must give moral strength to one another.
so when do you expect to get AOR.will we be able to get visa stamped by this year?what do u predict
