i am yet to apply this week for mpnp under GS..(my dad's friend). he has recently accepted an offer and joined a university in ontario but he says that he can still sign our sp2. his family will stay there .. and the family will either move in dec or in june 2014. in this scenario..if we apply thn what are the chances ? as he says that his wife n children are still manitoba resident. he has only moved to ontario for job

in Pakistan its taking like abt 18 months on the whole after approval when u submit 2 CIc..
n i m sure u r from pakistan//...happy independence day :)
