A very good day to you umanitoba & Itslaeq! I got the LOA yesterday around 1 PM Canadian time! GOD is really great!
I believe that they didnt stop, but just imagine, they finished thousands of assessments so all is under procedure...

Hello everyone, concern on choosing what connection I have in Manitoba section on EOI. I have a distant relative (first degree cousin of my father) in winnipeg but the choices to be checked there are close relative and friend in manitoba only. What category do I fall in? Plese help me. Thank you!
