No one can predict that. It's the first year when the online system works.
There is no statistics and no understanding of amount of Letters of Advice to be issued for each draw.
There is no calendar of draws.
The pool of EOIs is closed from sights either, so we don't have any information of quantity of applicants inside the pool.

But I'd predict Dec 2015 - Jan 2016 for your case.

I'm not znarfier But as I see in our schedule {/docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LM8OrPqGozIJ96sdSrOvefPrdgRiUXSCrEknBTGzkD0/edit?pli=1#gid=0
he hasn't had sponsor's interview }
You know, our family EVERY day open's this scedule with deep hope to see date of that interview in 4th colomn. Because this information play very important role for everyone.

easud I believe 300 levels can hit this year only.. Anything can happen.. IN express entry pool if there is sudden fall from 700 points to 400 points in just 4th draw which wasn't expected by anyone...This miracle can happen in MPNP also..

Even if when it comes to 300 level...It may roll back again to 450-500 level.. But this year there is almost possibility of hitting 300 levels...Not to worry.. Just have faith in GOD as me too waiting and in same race.
