Score is 378. It's for my friend anyway. He was ECE assistant and now is ECE. But element Question was- without formal early childhood educator Qualification, can one nominate that occupation while he can work as a ECE without qualification in his own country. Second question is -With IELTS score of R4.5,L5.0, W5.5 and S5.5 are there any chances of approval by CIC, while this score in enough for MPNP nomination.

As long as he is qualified to apply in the MPNP, and once he get nominated by the MPNP, then he should be qualified at the CIC level.

But at this point he should focus on the MPNP requirements...

I am also interested in saskatchewan but physicians are not on the list for PNP. one need to have experience as physician there on a work visa for at least 6 months.I am in the process of educational verification and prep. for exam of medical council of canada but getting a work permit and a job without any PR is difficult task. I think all the other provinces need a job offer to apply for PNP but a job as a physician depends on immigration status.
applying in FSW through express entry is also a option but i reached only 410 on self assessement.

In MPNP my score is-
CLB 7 18
21 to 45 10
4 years 15
One post-secondary program of two years or longer 20
Close relative in Manitoba(also a working physician in manitoba) 20
total- 83

83 is a high score!

Sorry to annoy again.
This score is more than enough for MPNP nomination as per their eligibility requirements. After MPNP nomination, as this would be a PR application to CIC under PNP, WILL CIC accept this IELTS score. The reason for clarification is because I've read somewhere in this website that CIC rejected someone's PR application because of low IELTS score for NOC 4214 applied in SINP nomination. And there is no mention anywhere in CIC website of Occupation Specific IELTS requirements.

lienthanhquyet, idiana is correct! Anyhow, this is just for the purpose of applying to become an immigrant. In the real world, once you're in Canada, you can switch jobs if you want!

Just don't forget to claim 23 points for "Two post-secondary programs of at least two years each"

Actually, I have good case to get job offer / LMIA in Winnipeg with mechanical field, I confuse that, how many points I will get to submit EOI or there are other way to submit with LMIA in MB.

still filling my forms, but cant find anywhere to upload transcript, or its not needed at this level.

Also the system keeps taking me back to yrs of work experience sayimg what i quote in my EOI is different.

am sur ei will find a way around it.

One other big question, my first cousin is the one sponsoring , what document do i need to proof that her mum and my mum stepsister.
