Download everything from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp and complete relevant forms by following checklist and EP7000.
In most cases nomination is issued within 2 weeks from assessment complete date. Nevertheless congratulations as "assessment complete" status without any documents or else means nomination is OK and only needs to be sent to you.

Also my IELTS will expire on 20 th September. Is I reckon this is major problem. I understand that they need a valid IELTS, so need to resit it. Provided anyone had used expired.
It ok if i submit my application to cic before 10th September. Kindly help. Even if you submit it before 10th the documents has to be valid when visa officer assess them. Probably you will be asked for another IELTS, so better resit it first.

I already submitted my eoi but I'm a bit confuse and would like to ask you guys your understanding on this question "How many family members are accompanying you to Manitoba?" because I'm separated with my husband but not legally. However, it is explained there" Eligible accompanying family members may include your spouse, common-law partner, dependent children or dependent children of a dependent child (grandchild). All eligible accompanying family members must be included, whether or not they plan to join you in Manitoba." my question is..do i need to include my husband or not? please i hope someone will give me clarification on this because i dont want him to be with my application.

well inuka had already answered most of the questions, now that document checklist is your guide, make sure you provide all what they ask there, and dont include any extra document, CIC doesnt need education documents, you will fill that in schedule A form
as for IELTS, they hav changed the rules, now it depends on NOC code, Noc code A will use the same result

Yes you have to include.
Keep in mind that there are more hurdles down the road with chaos relationship, while applying after LOA, which only gets more stingy at CIC application stage.
