Points Assessment
In addition to demonstrating a strong connection to Manitoba, every candidate who wants to be considered under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream must score at least 60 points based on five factors in order to be eligible. If you do not have a connection to Manitoba, you are not eligible under this stream, regardless of your points total. The MPNP points system illustrated below is for your self-assessment and information only. The MPNP will complete a full assessment of any application it receives and scores each candidate based on the information supporting documentation you provide at that time, and according to the current criteria and information on eligibility, policy and procedure published on this website.

In the CLB Language Grid, the highest score is 9+. When you enter a grade of 9+, it will not accept, so u can only enter the numeral number 9. I wonder what your scores are that you tried entering 12?
Hello, I actually tried entering higher value into Listening CLB (I entered 99), and it displayed a warning which clearly says the value must be "between 0 and 12". It must be a bug then
my husband applied to (QSW) Quebec skill worker(2011) he was the main applicant and i was the spouse, after 20 days the application was returned because he did 't provide French language certificate (DELF) so he didn't re-send the file again.
now we are separated, i am divorced and i want to apply MPNP for Skilled Workers, my question is what I have to do with this question.
(have you or your spouse ever applied to any other Provincial Nominee Program (other than the MPNP) or a federal immigration program with an intended destination outside of Manitoba?)

Your answer should be 'No'. Since, the person(your ex husband) who ever applied is no longer your spouse. Secondly, yours' application was rejected/returned in screening itself, I don't think they record that.
