Yes, To be eligible for applying to MPNP you should have a connection either a friend or relative..

Anyone from the group under draw 17, my status still in process, and i've been waiting for more than a month now, but no sponsor interview yet. Hoping for the best.

Hi everyone, i am looking to apply for MPNP. I am scoring above 60 points and have friends living in Manitoba who are PR holders. What are my chances?

I am B.Tech in Electronics
1.7 years of working experience
26 years of age.

Only doubt is crossing the threshold of 500 or 600 is nearly impossible without invitation under strategic initiative. Is it important?

My Score is 84.

Connection to Manitoba: Real sister is PR.

I am working in United States.

I still have not received LAA till now. Please suggest.

normal draws haven't started yet. They would start again after 15th May '17 which would also include a $500 application fees when you get LAA.

I have a question if anyone help.
I received a mail from MPNP which states my application is not accepted for assessment while they never asked to upload any related document and the reasons are stated below:

• Your claimed four years of work experience in your EOI are not consistent with the documented full-time work experience in your application to the MPNP.

EOI Last Updated Date: 16-Aug-2016
Work experience assessment period: Aug 2011- Aug 2016

Documented work experience:
• (Sep 12 - Aug 16) - three years and eleven months (While my full application was forwarded on 1st oct, 2016 making my work experience of 4 years and 1 month)

Work experience based on documents provided: three years (do not round up the total number of years.)

• For your future EOI, you must provide transcript of record showing your marks and subjects for your program in Chemical Engineering


Now What i am trying to ask is this a rejected application? and should i have to wait for next 6 months to new a new EOI? or will i forward a new EOI?? because when i intend to submit a new EOI, it asks..
Have you previously been refused by the MPNP within the last six months and cannot address the reason(s) for refusal?
Should i mark it as yes or no?

Secondly i am a chemical engineer working as a quality control engineer in a steel industry where welding electrodes are manufactured using different chemicals. My job is to assure the quality of chemicals being delivered to the industry and also that they should be used properly there.
Now under which NOC does my occupation falls? Chemical engineers (2134) or Industrial or Manufacturing engineers (2141). Quality control engineer is stated under NOC following Industrial and Manufacturing engineers which is my current job title.
