May be I calculated wrong.....Can you please tell me how much points I will have to add for language.

and also today I got the pdf file MPNP_2015 from website whole calculation is available there

Ielts 87 Points.
Age(21-45) 75 Points
Work Exp.(3 years 6 months in last five years) 60 Points
Education(Diploma in ME consider as trade Certificate)70 Points
Adaptability(First Cousin) 200 Points
Immigration destination in Manitoba outside of Winnipeg 50 Points.

As per Above mention details my overall points are 542.

so how much time i have have to wait for LAA or any responce.I submitted EOI on last week of jan 2016.

I was and student in ON and working right now. I would like to move with my wife to MB for MPNP. If I work there for a year, would it be enough to prove stronger ties for MPNP? I mean I don't have any family in entire Canada. But I did went to school and would have had work experience from out-of-province. Would 1 year of work experience be good enough for me to prove ties with MB?

Please is employment reference letter same as Certificate of Employment. Also, what is expected to be in the content of the employment reference letter.
