Just a question whats the difference between applying a paper based provincial nominee Vs. Express entry.

Are all applicants being graded in the pool at the same time regardless which territory they are applying for, or, everyone is being graded according to different territory.

Hi all,

Please help me with this point:

My wife will enroll in a Bachelor program in University of Manitoba, my agent said that I can come with her and get open work permit.

So, after get the open work permit, I will be considered as Temporary Foreign Worker under this??

Ongoing Manitoba employment means that a Manitoba company has offered you a long-term, full-time job after you have completed at least six months (continuous) full-time employment with that company as a temporary foreign worker or international student working graduate.

or did you just declare the amount without any supporting documents?

no no, they will ask you that in the second stage, CIC stage

What is your recommendation in this matter ?

You need to get more scores... higher IELTS score, Add french language if possible, masters or PhD... but all in all, I don't see any other quick option... my cousin is 540, and she has yet to get approval as the lowest I've seen the score to get in is 548...
