2- Than he/she moves to Canada and completes post graduate diploma from any university of Manitoba.
3- After completion of studies will he/she be eligible for MPNP under "Skilled Workers Overseas Path"

Yes ofcourse you have a clear connection to maniytoba through past study that will award you points.. U can apply

A potential candidate may not be having close connection might grad their attention as occupation in demand and job ready English is their preference..

Thanks God. After waiting for more than 7 months, today I got the status changed from 'Received' to 'Assessment Pending'. Thus, waiting started for new status assessment in process,..... Assessment completed......etc.
