Hi everyone. May I just ask regarding a Manitoban support?

My friend had been a Manitoban support for his nephew. His nephew's family were been in Manitoba for 2 years, and they were all have a work and the kids were already going to school.

My question is, how long does my friend would be his nephew's support? Can he be my Manitoban support already?

Hello. My brother lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba. And I am a Manitoba Provincial Nominee. I already received my Visa.

Now my greatest concern is the weather of Winnipeg. Its damn cold in Winnipeg. And I am very much prone to COLD. Now how can I survive in Winnipeg for 3 Years? Please give suggestions.
