As far as MR and PR are concerned , it varies from case to case depending on category of immigration programme applied for and Visa office taking the case.
As some visa offices are pretty efficient compared to others may be due to the workload on them..
But eventually they have to send MR and proceed the file to conclusion sooner or later.

I am from the MPNP 14th draw. I have submitted my application and my sponsor also sent SP2 to mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca on 20th May, 2016. Usually, MPNP reply back to sponsor an acknowledge receipt e-mail within 12-15 days after sponsors sent the SP2 to them on the above e-mail address like the following:
Dear MPNP Supporter:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your email. Documents will be added to the file. For future correspondence, please upload the documents online. To do this, applicant needs to log into his/her online account, scan and upload the additional documents.

Today, it has been more than 20 days to sent of SP2 but, my sponsor did not receive any such mail. I do not know what is wrong. Should my sponsor should ask MPNP on the above e-mail about the addition of SP2 or what action should he take?

2: How we get to know tht we pass the Medicals ..is medical receive status is medical cleared ?

[size=15pt] mycic is for express entry, while ecas is for paper application, you will be checking you application progres and process on ecas, while expres entry applicants will make use of mycic, so u dont have anytin to do with mycic, you MPNP sent a paper application to them, express entry fill form and sent it online, Go to express entry in dis forum u will learn more

Yea, thats where you will see all the processes, updates and ur application progress , they will send you mail on each updates, then it will reflect on your ecas
1 We received your application for permanent residence on January 26, 2017.
2 We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 6, 2017.
3 We started processing your application on March 16, 2017.
4 Medical recieved April 5, 2017

Hey guys, I had a question about Ielts.
This is mostly for those who have cleared the medicals or already got their passport requests and so on, but others who know about it please feel free to answer. It'll be greatly appreciated.
I wrote Ielts in February 2014 before sending my MPNP application, and normally it is considered 'Expired' after 2 years (i.e February 2016). Now, I got my acceptance letter in November 2015 and sent my CIC packet in January 2016.
I got the AOR, UCI etc from them in March and I have 3 lines on my ecas. My question is, will they ask me for a new IELTS again after file transfer? Or once CIC received my application, I'm clear?
Anyone have any experience with this please let me know..
