Hello everyone!
I just want to ask help about my current situation.
10-28-2016: submitted application to cic
11-02-2016: application received
01-13-2017: AOR
02-03-2017: Medical request received
02-10-2017: cic requested for additional documents via email
My problem is, I cannot upload the requested documents at mycic. I cannot find the "upload" tab. I tried using different browsers but still cannot find where I should upload the documents. In my profile at mycic it says that there is no required documents. I really don't know what to do and I am worried because I was only given 30 days to submit the requested documents. I hope someone can help me.
Thank you!

not yet...mine was changed in Jan too. It takes too long time, seems like they want to reject lots of our applications as they simply say - clear the baglog, otherwise they would call us within a month at least.
i applied under manitoba provincial nominee program in 2014 as a principal applicant, my husband's given name and family name were written in reverse order on his passport then (that is family name instead of surname and vice versa) and thats how I filled the name on the forms on MPNP portal as they required name as per travel document, however his correct name(given name and family name in the right order) was written in his supporting documents such as ID card, birth certificate and our childrens birth certificates etc. We have recieved a nomination letter in 2017, his name is still mispelled on his passport. I have to apply to the CIC for immigration, should he change his name on his passport? but that will result in a name mismatch with the application given to the province.OR should he continue the same name on this application as well ?which leads to his name mismatch in all his and our kids supporting document. Is there a proper way? .
I come under NOC class 0 , should I still retake the IELTS test to provide the CIC with a valid IELTS test?
