Relax with your IELTS result and you can submit TRF to CIC in your application as the minimum CLB requirement of MPNP is 4, I believe that there will be no any problem with it.

Your Ielts shud be valid at the time you submit your application to cic
Ielts results are reviewed by VOs and they can ask ielts retake if they think the scores are not sufficient with respect to the intended occupation of applicant ..

take NOC Type into consideration too .i.e A,B,or C. IELTS requirements are different for each of them.

Hi,

The day your supporter submits SPP2 is the day 1 for MPNP to evaluate you. Your status may got change 6-7 months in between. The equation is: Date of SPP2 Submission + 6 months.

its usually through mails, now after assesment completed, you will recieve your nomination letter LOA within a month
