My father's sister(aunt) is living in Toronto and we didn't mentioned our relatives when I applied for mpnp and I sponsored by my other relative who r living in Manitoba. I want to ask Manitoba immigration can found our relatives in other provinces and could reject my application???

It depends on officers yet its optional task in file process.
Actually, Physical inquiry or employer inquiry is not mandatory. they did randomly check with employers. As per your question, I would like to say Yes, They can made inquiry to your previous employer as well.
