My sponsor was thinking to email or to go personally in MPNP office to check my application status, is it good idea?

Can any one suggest better option please?

April 20, 2016 - 32nd EE Draw (from CIC - for all)

If you are not selected in the latest draw, then another option is to apply thru "base" provinicial nomination (still being processed by Manitoba) outside of Express Entry.

Just received my GCMS Notes (41 pages), applied by my sponsor 18 March 2016.

Eligibility, Medicals, Criminality, Security shows not started on page 2. Paper based applications does not seem to be getting the same attention as the EE applications.

On page 8 under Eligibility there is a due date, 2016/12/10. This is exactly a year after we received AOR from CIC. What does this even mean? Honestly, I dont hope we will have to wait until then before they touch the application again?

The waiting game is really getting to us at this stage, how much longer ???

I had applied in july 2014
Mine is also assessment pending since July 2015.
Do not know why there is so much of a delay or does it actually take this long.
Processing time from India was 20 months on cic.gc.ca but now even that is removed.
This wait is awful

much better to visit mpnp office personally..like what my sponsor did...wayback in sept. 2015...and according to my sponsor...they are very accomodating (in fact my sponsor asked them to print my IELTS result from my sponsors email account) =). just dont forget the FILE NO. of yours... by November.. my sponsor received a phone interview(background check for the applicant as well) from Labour & Immigration Dept of the MPNP.
DOnt worry things will get better soon...
