How many forms need to be filled and what needs to be taken care while submitting the final application.

the forms varies from each other, d form that a married man will fill is more then the form a single will fill, but here is a guide, it will teach u how to fill d forms http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp

One of my friends IELTS expired on 22 Jan need advice to apply CIC after provincial nomination with old IELTS or?
