The MPNP is based on a bilateral agreement with the Government of Canada which requires the province to thoroughly and consistently pre-screen all applicants to ensure that each nominee has a clearly demonstrated potential to become a successful economic immigrant to Manitoba.
This is why the MPNP processes the strongest applicants first by selecting those with confirmed employment, job-ready English, training and work experience indicating potential for employability and/or strong family connections.

Manitoba cannot guarantee processing times for any application because each application is assessed on its own merits and each requires follow-up with applicants and supporters to ensure program integrity.

Applicants who use the online application tool receive faster processing than people applying via regular mail (post).

Hello friends,it's been a while I visited this forum.
Three days ago I recieved Loa but it was dated April 30th.To God be the glory.
I submitted my application Nov 21th 2013.hmm what a long wait u will say.Thank God for his mercies.
Pls for our seniors who have gone through this second part pls I Jst went to confirm,what formS am I suppose to fill
Is it only genetic form?then the fee payment form too.

Do I need to include educational stuff as well and police certificate.
Pls ur kind response will be highly appreciated.

you have fill generic application form and read all insruction.

you also include PCC , Educational certificates, Birth certificates, language certificate , job experiance letters, copy of approval letter , copy of your passport etc.

you have to downloded fee form from CIC and pay you fee and include its receipt.

attached photograph as per photo specification guideline.

i am a MPNP nominee of Sep, 2013
and after few months of paper work i apply for PR in Sydeny that was on Dec 29, 2014 since then i didn't receive anything from the CIC
so what i want to know is, is that normal to wait this long to get the AOR?
please share your experience with us cause, it meas a lot.

Can you please share with me what was the Subject line in email which you received from New Delhi visa office because It is very much confusing to me and need your help to get this done.

i think you should wait it takes 1 to 2 months for transfer file.
