Sorry guys can i submit the application and send in the ielts later thanks and can i use landed property instead of bank account? Pls i will be glad to get a reply thanks.

Regarding the land property as your Proof of Funds, I did the same. But I still included some portion of cash in my bank statement. In my own opinion, they need to see some sort of readily available funds that you need for Visa Processing fee, Medicals, RPRF, plane tickets...etc

If you have a schedule of IELTS soon, you can attach a separate sheet informing them that you will send the result as soon as you have it. I know of someone who did that.

I also have the same problem are you using dsl? I suggest you call pldt and complain. Other internet provider can open it.

Why this St. Luke's Hospital has a lot of fucking reasons when you made a follow-up.....so many nonsense reason.....they are saying now that embassy has a new guidelines in transmitting medical reports...they say that it is now an "e-medical transmission".....a fucking lie, if its an "e-transmission"..then it should be fucking fast...right???....St. Luke's please wake up.....

Including RPRF is OPTIONAL. There are 3 mode of payment, by bank draft, by providing your credit card details and online. In my case, I paid BOTH fees online.
