Regarding the land property as your Proof of Funds, I did the same. But I still included some portion of cash in my bank statement. In my own opinion, they need to see some sort of readily available funds that you need for Visa Processing fee, Medicals, RPRF, plane tickets...etc
If you have a schedule of IELTS soon, you can attach a separate sheet informing them that you will send the result as soon as you have it. I know of someone who did that.

I also have the same problem are you using dsl? I suggest you call pldt and complain. Other internet provider can open it.

No need to submit with the application but may be requested later.

Including RPRF is OPTIONAL. There are 3 mode of payment, by bank draft, by providing your credit card details and online. In my case, I paid BOTH fees online.

i need information about my sponsor.we r husband and wife willing to apply for mpnp GS and my freind in manitoba is willing to support us.the question is that whether we need two sponsors or one would be enough????
