I am also nov-2012 applicant . My IELTS is also expire in sep-2014. In Oct-2014 again i have given the test and get better result then initial.
Fortunately, on last thursday i got an e-mail from MPNP office requiring settlement plan 2, i submit on friday and same day my status change to documents requirement, on the next day which saturday i c my status is changed to assessment pending........this is all happen after 11 months of long waiting !!! is it a good sign ? how long do i have to wait more ???
so my next question is, i guess i should be ready for interview call anytime ??? can someone please tell me what kind of questions i should be expect from MPNP officer ???

Well, based on my Observation here in the Forums, no one can tell whether you or your Sponsor (or both) will be interviewed. For some only the supporter is being interviewed, but lately there are Posts here saying, they, the applicant, was also inteviewed... a few said, their employer got interviewed too... So it depends on the officer handling your case.
regarding the questions, most of the time, itll be based on your Details and your Sponsor's Details. To verify that the applicant and the Sponsor know each other's Details. In the end, this will prove how strong is the applicant's Connection to Manitoba.
After waiting for around 6 months since my medical tests, today I received an email from CIC to submit my Passport to issue visa.

My application was put on hold pending my IELTS result submission. I did not include or did not take IELTS. Program officer said it is not necessary for me but it will be an added points. So I decided that I will take one.
Please house, i need a little bit of help. I am preparing for submission of documents to CIC and wish to know if i need to include the same bank statement i used during the nominee period? Also am i to include work letters and pay slips etc?
