Include a copy of your father's birth certificate + your uncle's birth certificate in the documents that you uploaded. Didn't your husband mention his relationship to your sponsor which is through you, as your uncle? This should have been mentioned in your husband's Settlement Plan.
Can you tell us how exactly it was mentioned in the letter which you received today?
-You did not demonstrate proof of your connection to Manitoba as outlined in the eligibility
criteria. Specifically, you did not submit documents to prove how/that Ireneo Perey is your
wife's Aunt.
my husband mentioned it in the settlement plan... My uncle said that the birth certificates might be not readable enough.. Where should I upload my fathers documents.. Forms and Documents.. Which Tab.. RELATIVES or OTHER...
we also have problem in my uncle and father's birth certificate, we only noticed it yesterday. The mother's name is different, the other is Eloisa while the other one is Luisa..
In the sponsor page or relative info, provide the BC for your father and uncle. You just need to state there your relationship, even though your husband is the principal applicant its ok as long as you can provide the docs(birth certificate of your father and uncle)

As mentioned bu one of the member, you need to state in your SP1 that your sponsors is your Uncle, BTW, there's a box where you can write that the sponsor in an Uncle, I think its you just need to choose Others: Uncle
If I remember it correctly, I used it and put Sister In-Law.
Remember use the SP1 to introduced your connection with the sponsor, as in your case its your uncle. Thanks

thanks warblade25
I tried the relative page with my father's info but it seems to me that is only for resident of Canada because the country can't be changed.

Do i need to have my documents notarized? I have read in other thread that there's no need to notarized the documents if your scanning the original. Does it apply with online application?
